Thank you so much for your interest in our wedding photography & videography services. We are so grateful that you are considering us to serve as your photo + video team during such a special time in your lives, and we're excited for the possibility to serve you and your families!

Below, you will find detailed information about the next steps we will take together, as well as the official process of booking us to serve as your media team for your wedding. Please let us know if you have any questions.

Step 1: Wait for Our Response


After you have submitted the contact form, please allow us 24-36 hours to respond to your request. If you have not received a response from us within that time frame, please check your "Spam", "Junk", and/or "Social" folders within your email to see if our response was filtered by your email provider.


We will check our availability for your wedding date, and respond to any questions or concerns you may have.

Step 2: Respond to Our Email


In our response to the information you submitted via the contact form, we will ask you to complete a few tasks. Some of these are optional, while others are necessary for us to complete the booking process.


Within our response, there will be links to more websites, along with an option to schedule an introductory call with us. This call allows us to more quickly and easily answer all of your questions and address your concerns.


Please note: we will hold your wedding date for up to one week after we respond to your inquiry. If we do not receive a response from you within that timeframe, we will re-open your date for other couples.

Step 3: Confirm the Details & Place your Deposit


Once you have decided to proceed with booking us to serve as your wedding photo + video team [YAAAAAYYYY!!!], we will ask you to confirm a few details about your wedding:

  • Your wedding date (& time if you have decided)
  • Your wedding location
  • The coverage package you are interested in


We will store these details in your couple's file to ensure your date is locked in and we have the basic information to begin building your custom wedding day timeline.


Additionally, we ask that you place a $100, fully-refundable deposit. We will provide you with the necessary information to place your deposit.


Once we have this information and your deposit,

Now for the fun stuff!


Once you have booked us to serve as your photography and/or videography team for your wedding, we will proceed with all of the fun, exciting parts of this process!


  • Engagement Photos: we recommend completing your engagement photos no later than 6 months before your wedding. This ensures you have plenty of time to order high-quality prints for display on your wedding day.
  • Your engagement session can take place wherever and for however long you would like. We can go on an outdoor adventure, hang out in a coffee shop, walk around the city, or whatever else you would like!


  • Wedding Day Timeline Planning: approximately three months before your wedding, we will send you a short questionnaire that will help us begin developing your wedding day timeline.
  • After we have received your response, we will create a rough draft of your timeline. Within a week of receiving your response, we will schedule a call with you to discuss the timeline & details of your wedding.
  • *Please note: we can absolutely complete this step earlier than 3 months before your wedding. Let us know when you are ready to discuss your timeline, and we will send you the questionnaire to kickstart this process.


  • Bridal Photos: we recommend taking your bridal photos 4-8 weeks before your wedding day. We will work with you to schedule these portraits accordingly.


Throughout this entire process, we strive to be over-communicative. We encourage you to reach out at any time with questions or concerns, and we will respond promptly with our suggestions and advice. We have experience photographing dozens of weddings, and are happy to provide input to help you make the best decision.
